Since the winter semester 2025/26, FAU CHREN has once again been hosting the FAU CHREN Brown Bag Lunches. Organized by Dr. Eline Waerp and Dr. Caroline Lichuma, the series is aimed at early-career researchers who wish to present and discuss their research projects, theses, or initial ideas.
Safe space for academic exchange
The goal of the format is to provide an informal yet supportive and academically stimulating environment during a shared lunch break. Presenters are offered the opportunity to speak about their work and receive valuable feedback to help refine their presentations or research— particularly before presenting in more formal academic settings.
