Prof. Dr. Tören Sorrau is a Junior Professor of Didactics of Social Studies / Politics and Society at the Department of Didactics. His research focuses on children’s rights-oriented didactics of politics and sociology, teaching and learning interactions in the digital transformation (interpretative teaching research), human rights and children’s rights education, development of subject-didactic research methods: focus on knowledge-didactic hermeneutics as well as international curriculum research in the context of democratic global citizenship education.
