Invitation to a Film Screening and Discussion – Films on Migration: “Souleyman’s Story”
The Chair of Migration Law and Human Rights, in cooperation with the Refugee Law Clinic Erlangen-Nuremberg, is hosting a film screening on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, on the topic of asylum procedures and the living conditions of migrants, followed by a discussion with the Bavarian Refugee Council.
The film “Souleyman’s Story” (original version with subtitles) will be shown. It tells the story of a young man from Guinea who has applied for asylum in France and is now earning money under harsh conditions in order to obtain the necessary documents.
The screening will take place at the Juridicum (Schillerstraße 1, 91054 Erlangen), in room JDC 1.281.
The film will be shown in its original language (French) with subtitles.
Admission: from 6:00 p.m., event starts at 6:30 p.m.
