FAU CHREN’s research projects address current human rights challenges in Germany and around the world. The focus is on topics such as migration and displacement, business and human rights, urban governance, health and participation, digital transformation, and the history of human rights. Together with academic and civil society partners, we combine interdisciplinary research, knowledge transfer, and practical application to develop evidence-based solutions and sustainably strengthen the protection and implementation of human rights.
