Half-Day Workshop – “From Consultation to Meaningful Engagement: Global South Perspectives on HRDD Research and Practice” Facilitated by Dr. Sanchita Banerjee Saxena
This half-day workshop will explore practical methodologies for centring voices from the Global South in human rights due diligence (HRDD). It will draw on Dr. Saxena’s research on stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, equitable partnerships, and collaborative research approaches that bridge academic work and praxis. 2–3 participants will also have the opportunity to present their own research and receive feedback. A detailed outline will be shared with registered participants ahead of the session.
